Offer to cook delicious and healthy pastries – muffins with banana, Apple, raisins, and nuts. Very tasty and not fattening. Oussp! Your kids will love it...it's very simple to make and guess what, it's Miss J's favorite......

Ingredients:

Wholegrain wheat flour a hundred grams
Rolled oats one hundred grams
Walnuts one hundred grams
A couple of bananas
One Apple
Agave syrup two tablespoons
Vegetable oil and fifty ml.
Milk almond a hundred and fifty ml.
One teaspoon of baking soda
Raisins to taste
Ground cinnamon to taste
Stevia extract, one teaspoon

Cooking process:

Cereal and walnuts grind in a blender. It is possible to a state of flour. I grind to pieces I prefer it. Mix with whole-wheat flour. Two ripe banana and an apple grinder to puree condition. Add to flour mix carefully.
There also pour any vegetable oil and add the agave syrup (two or three tablespoons, the amount is adjustable based on the degree of sweetness you want) and about a hundred fifty gr. milk. I have almond, but any. Milk is better to add in portions, the mixture should not be too liquid.
Next, add stevia (you can do without it), raisins with cinnamon. All to taste. If you want it sweeter, add more raisins. All mix, distributed in muffins cups and put in the oven for about 30 min (depends on your oven).
Readiness checks with a toothpick.
Bon Appetit!
Have a beautiful weekend
Love from our family to yours.
