3 Reasons why you need Jesus In Your Life: And The Prayer that transformed my life.

Beloved, Jesus loves you. He desires to have a relationship with you, and to give you a life full of joy and purpose. Why do you need Him in your life?

1.) Because you have a past.

You and I can't go back, but He can. The Bible says, "Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever" (Hebrew 13:8). He can walk into those places of sin and failure, wipe the slate clean, and give you a new beginning. Beloved, there's no life, no past that Jesus can't transform for His glory. It doesn't matter how your past was. It doesn't matter what you did in the past, He is able to wipe away the slate and give you a new life in Him. . .Just come unto Him as you are! - no wonder a friend wrote to me one day and asked, "Is this the Christy I used to know before? He was right to ask because  I was completely lost in the world. I knew nothing about Him and had no interest in knowing anything about Him - but when His loved seized my heart - I became a different person.

2.) Because you need a friend.

Jesus knows the worst about you, yet He believes the best about you.He knows all you have done in the past yet He has a bright future for you. He knows the worst about you, yet he doesn't condemn you. Why? Because He sees you not as you are, but as you will be when He gets through with you. What a friend!

"For God so loved the world the world that he gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him." ( John 3:16-17).

3.) Because He holds the future.

Who else are you going to trust? In His hands you are safe and secure -today, tomorrow, and for all eternity. His Word days, " For I know the plans I have for you . . .plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. ( Jeremiah 29:11-13)

Beloved, it's all about His love. Jesus loves you. His love is different. . .yes, so different from the love the world offers. There's something so deep and so different about His love; that I can't really explain -you only have to experience it for yourself to feel what  I feel and experience -what a wholesomeness

Jesus is still knocking at your door. He's waiting for you to open the door, so He can come in and pour His love in your heart. If you'd like to begin a personal relationship with Jesus today. I invite you to pray this powerful prayer that transformed my life:

Lord Jesus, I invite You into my life. I believe You died for me and that Your blood pays for my sins and provides me with the gift of eternal life. By faith I receive that gift, and acknowledge You as my Lord and Savior. In Jesus Amen.

                      You're welcome in His Kingdom

Won by Love: The goodness of God leads . . .To Repentance ( Romans 2:4)

Ever noticed that most organizations insist that you earn your way? For example, airlines compensate frequent fliers with free miles, sports franchises reward players who score goals and win games. Some corporations even grade their employers on a scale where they can earn a private office or their own parking space. But God's not like that; you can't earn salvation.

Paul says. "The goodness of God leads . . .to repentance." Notice, he didn't say the scare tactics of a preacher or the legalistic requirements of some church that you keep their standards before God will accept you. No, genuine repentance is our response to the unconditional love of a perfect God.

We serve a God who delights in reaching down and restoring the cracked pots and damaged vessels society wants to throw on the garbage heap. When you encounter a Savior like that, you want to please Him. It's impossible to experience the unfailing love of God  who stands by you when others fail you, and keep on abusing His love.

The very idea that God's love comes with no strings attached goes against every human instinct.
" God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life". (John 3:16)

Beloved, LOVE is the force that draws us to Him. To know Him is to love Him. And to walk with Him is to experience "joy unspeakable."

To the hopeless and hurting our God says," " Come. Your Past doesn't  disqualify you ; your problems are not too big for Me - I've handled bigger. Maybe you're not welcome anywhere else, but today you're "Accepted Into The Beloved."  ( Eph 1 : 6)

                             You're Loved by God.
                           You're Accepted by God.
