Pessimist v. Optimist: Who are you?

According to Oxford Dictionary, a pessimist is a person who tends to see the worst aspect of things or believe that the worst will happen.

Merriam-Webster defines pessimist as a person who is inclined to expect poor outcomes: someone who is given to pessimism.

On the other hand, Oxford & Merriam share a similar definition of an optimist; as a person who tends to be hopeful and confident about the future or the success of something.

I love what Job 14:7-12 says,

“For there is hope for a tree,
When it is cut down, that it will sprout again,
And its shoots will not fail.
“Though its roots grow old in the ground
And its stump dies in the dry soil,
At the scent of water it will flourish
And put forth sprigs like a plant.

No matter what you're facing at this moment, be hopeful. There's always light at the end of a tunnel. Sometimes only a change of viewpoint is needed to convert  a troublesome situation into an interesting opportunity. For there is hope for a tree, when it is cut down, that it will sprout again! Remain Optimistic.

Hope this message inspires you to define yourself in a positive light!

Choose to be optimistic in Faith!

Meditate on ( Job 14:7-12, Proverb 3:5-8)

God Bless you.
