Let me encourage you today to keep your eyes on Jesus. You will stumble if we look away from Him to look at the circumstances around you.Then you'll apt to become discouraged. Are you weary of the race?
Remember: God is not looking for perfection but for persistence. As you keep your eyes on Jesus, you will get the courage and stamina to keep going until the finish line. And if you stumble, He’ll be there to pick you up and get you back in the race again.
I hold your hands...Let's pray.
Precious Lord Jesus, we love You. Lord I lift up to You everyone that is reading this that you realize the Lord is with you in all that you do as believers, and He cares about every part of your life, right down to the smallest detail. I pray that you will learn to rest in Jesus and trust in Him for every part of your life. Take everything to Him in prayer and be still and wait upon Him. The weaker you are the more gentle He will be with you. Allow your weakness to be the door to His Presence. I pray that you know He will be your ever present help in times of need, your strength and your refuge. I pray that as you keep your eyes focused on Him you will be protected from falling into the deep waters of depression and self-pity. I pray that you get a real hunger for His Word so that you will grow closer to Him and never let go of His hand as He leads you through the obstacles that life presents. Walk in the warmth of His light and love!!! In Jesus precious name we pray, Amen and Amen
